LOOT - LA COLORS (Swatches Part I)

On a Previous Post (click for a refresh) a long long ago, I told you guys that I got some LA Colors polishes as a birthday present. These might not be available at EFADS anymore but if you really want, check out Forever 21 or Urban Planet :)

I will divide the LC swatches into 2 parts. The first part are swatches of the LA COLORS COLOR CRAZE collection. The second part will be of the regular polishes.

LA COLORS COLOR CRAZE
The names have nothing to do with the colours they represent, but I like that they share a common theme =P
*Unless otherwise stated, these are all two coats.

INFRARED
A frosted pink with slight purple reflex. This turned out way prettier than I expected.
*Three layers.

ELECTRIC CHARGE
Creme blush-pink. Definitely lovely with a tan :D

MAGNETIC FORCE
Gold shimmer dispersed in neon orange creme base.
It's way darker in real life. Disappointed with this one. Not very tan-friendly.

WAVE LENGTH
Sheer medium yellow with yellow shimmer.
Use white nail polish as a base to increase vibrancy and reduce the number of coats you need.
*Three to four coats

STATIC ELECTRICITY
Medium blue creme.
Stains nails like crazy! Use a basecoat!!!!

PHENOMENA
Magenta creme. Nothing special, but good for fall.

POWER OUTAGE
Berry creme with red glitter suspended in it.
Love this one for Christmas :)

LIVE
Silver glitter in clear base.
The glitter in this is so densely packed that you can achieve opacity in one coat! It isn't that hard to remove either. I can't wait for an occasion to wear this one. Definitely one of my favourite glitter polishes.

  1. I have wave length and static electricity and I think they're both 2 coaters. I didn't find wave length to be sheer at all!

  2. @Kellie
Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment:) Oh really?! I think it's because I usually apply thinner layers so they dry faster =P

  4. Infrared is EXACTLY the color I've been looking for in a nailpolish! Thank you so much for swatching it!
