Quick NOTD:
I have a matte deep Tiffany's blue shade with micro-silver shimmer as a base colour from Icing (there's no name). I got this np as part of a set.
I topped it off with Sally Hansen Hard As Nails in Ice Queen. The sales associate at Sephora was complimenting me on the np - micro holographic glitter, blue and purple circle confetti suspended in a clear base.
